Exchange, Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Swag Vastra, where we strives to elevate your style with swag with our high quality stuff and on time service. Since sometimes things don't go as planned so we have exchange and return policy in place to help you. We just want you to take extra care in being more fashionable rest we will take care. 

We have 7 Day period right from delivery to exchange or return your product under certain conditions.  

What is exchange policy?

We have strict quality checks for every product before we pass to deliver it to our customers. Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For replacements, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 4 days after the delivery. There may be case where you want to exchange due to wrong size/color ordered or without any defects, to initiate process please send email to care@swagvastra.com explaining you want to exchange along with your order id and details like phone number. Our courier boy will come to your home to pick up product and for reverse pickup facility 100 rupees will be charged. Once we get the old product at our warehouse instantly we will initiate delivery process of new product as we cant wait to have 

What is return policy?

We only accept return as of now only in case of any damaged product has been delivered to you from us due to manual or mishandled by couriers. This should be within 7 days from date of delivery. Our team check and inspect thoroughly  before delivering products to you but in even if in rare scenario if this happens please reach out to us on care@swagvastra.com and we will help you to get it returned only on basis of unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. We recommend you to unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.

When can i expect the refund? 

In case your return is approved by our team after we have checked damaged product at our warehouse we will initiate the refund as a store credit or to your original payment method. In case of COD order we will provide store credit only with lifetime validity to use in in single transaction for future orders. It will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect refund in your original payment method. Refund can be rejected on the basis of any unsatisfactory reason of returning the product. 

What is cancellation policy?

Hey swagster, we know there may be mood swing after you place order. You can cancel your order within 24 to 48 Hrs only till time we don't dispatch. For same please reach out to us on our whatsapp or email us on care@swagvastra.com. After order is dispatched we are unable to cancel it. 

Do not share personal Info : 

Any person from Swag Vastra or any official or anybody claiming calling from Swag Vastra will not ask for any credit/debit card information in any manner. Please do not share any OTP or PIN of any payment with anyone. We highly set the standards to safeguard our customers from any fraud. So just focus on being more fashionable and take less stress about anything else.
